Salt-Free Creole Seasoning Blend

This is the first salt-free seasoning blend that we developed when my mother began emergency dialysis treatment. She loved the fact that we were able to recreate her lifelong favorite Louisiana Creole recipes that my grandmother used to make, including gumbo, blackened catfish, smothered chicken and New Orleans-style red beans and rice, among many others.
